Refunds are possible within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Any free gifts included with the order must also be returned in their original condition.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds.
NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
EU Customers
Customers located in the European Union (EU) may have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
