Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be available in certain cases please contact us at unfilteredcollective.ca@gmail.com for assistance. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
Shipping
We offer free shipping across Canada, with orders processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 days. International shipping is available worldwide, with rates calculated at checkout and delivery typically taking 7–10 days. Duties and taxes for international orders are included at checkout, so no extra fees are due upon delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking (allow up to 24 hours to update). Please ensure your address is correct, as we cannot modify orders after dispatch, and we are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
