Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- All orders within Canada are subject to free shipping.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase unless the product is in pre-order.
- Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping (Outside Canada)
- We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

- We use trusted carriers such as (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post) for international shipments.
- Delivery times may vary by destination but typically range from 7-10 business days.
EU Shipping Policy
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
- Applicable VAT, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and paid at checkout whenever available through our shipping partners.
- No additional customs charges should be required upon delivery unless requested by your local customs authority.
- Estimated delivery times to EU countries typically range from 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
- UNFILTERED COLLECTIVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
- If a package is refused or unclaimed, return shipping fees and any carrier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All international orders (outside of Canada) include applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are calculated and paid at checkout.
- No additional customs charges will be required upon delivery.
- The amount of duties and taxes is determined by your local customs authority and is reflected in your checkout total.
- UNFILTERED COLLECTIVE has no control over these rates and cannot adjust or predict them beyond what is charged at checkout.
- If you refuse delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Order processing and tracking
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment (if the shipment method chose at checkout includes tracking).
- Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
Important Note
- We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
- Make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We cannot change shipping details once the order has been dispatched.
